28mm Cobra Float Plane

GI Joe A Real American Hero issue 8 introduced a Cobra Float Plane and a 3D model of it was created by Jabberwock on Thingiverse.

The model is a great piece. I brought it into Tinkercad and cut it into segments for easy printing and scaled it for 28mm for gaming.


The Float plane lands by the SRV-9 for docking

Drop anchor!


And winch the plane onto SRV

      HA! Thanks! It has two missiles, but that's it. Most of the yellow was from a rattle can, I only picked out highlights afterword.

      Thanks, it wouldn't be hard to remove the Cobra logos and use it for Pulp, Johnny Quest games.
