1982 Lebanon in 28mm

I’ve returned to my Lebanon Civil War project and have been adding some new terrain.

I started on some buildings just using foamcore

Balconies which were ubiquitous for Lebanon

Some left over terracotta tiles I had left in my bins

As well as model train fencing that I used for the balconies

The goal was to clean out some of these supplies I had sitting around.

Here with 28mm IDF

Chipping up the walls especially around doors and windows.

Urban vibes

Heavy wear

Foam core is covered with plaster, then painted.

With more IDF

Another building started

Wood glue and foam core.

Buildings

Rebar added and gravel

Cabinet liners bought to make roads

Cut to 4 inches wide, painted with wood glue and sand the primed flat black.

The dry brushed and weathered

With some vehicles

With IDF

A street scene

More to come,
