28mm Hypnotist

Another pulp conversion, this one was worked up from a Hasslefree blank. Crystal Ball was the Cobra Hypnotist and kind of a one note character who really got developed more in the later comic book series, especially in the IDW series where he is more of a Rasputin like character.
