Masters of Power Skirmish Rules for the Most Powerful People of the 80's

I've had a little free time to draft up a set of rules for gaming Laser Barbarians from the 1980s cartoons.  The following is not intended for sale and is still very rough, but I thought I would share it as I begin testing some of the mechanics.  You are welcome to give it a go and let me know what you think!
