28mm Rubble Piles for Lebanese Civil War

I’ve finished some scatter terrain for 28mm modern urban gaming.

PLO fighters scour the rubble

The rubble piles are made from gatorboard, a stronger form of foamcore board.

I broke the edges off the board to make a base

Then hot glued the pieces on top of each other to form piles.

Next I pained the piles with spackle.

Then shoved bits into the piles, and then pained a mixture of wood glue and water over them.

Then applied course grit.

Finally spray painted matte khaki

And dry brushed white and picked out some rusty pieces with GW tin bitz.

These pieces will provide difficult ground and hard cover.

More to come,
Doc
