28mm G.I. Joe Cobra Eels Review | 1985 Classic Brought to the Tabletop!

 Cobra's underwater demolition specialists have arrived on the tabletop!

In this video, I take a look at these 28mm Cobra Eels, modeled after the classic 1985 G.I. Joe A Real American Hero Cobra Eel. If you grew up with the original toys, this is one of those figures that immediately brings back memories of Cobra's elite frogmen and their underwater operations. The original Cobra Eel debuted as part of the 1985 G.I. Joe toy line, with its distinctive diving helmet, dark diving gear, Cobra insignia, and underwater combat equipment. The Eels also made their first appearance in the Marvel G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero comic series in Issue #47, “Sea Duel.” In the issue, the Cobra Eels take part in the underwater action surrounding Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow's escape from Cobra Island.
