28mm Cobra SRV-9

The Submersible Reconnaissance Vessel Mark 9 (SRV-9) Is a Cobra vessel. An airplane can be launched from its aft.

It first appeared in Issue 8 of GI Joe A Real American Hero.

This model was sculpted by Jabberwock on Thingiverse.  I brought the model into Tinkercad, scaled it to 28mm and detailed it and parsed it into sections to make it print easier.
