28mm Neptul from Blackstar

Neptul is the ruler of Aquaria and a servant of the Overlord. He attempted to steal the Starsword from Blackstar.

    I'll admit I had never heard of this cartoon. It seems a bit reminiscent of MOTW with the hero and villain having matching swords... Anyway you did the characters justice from the looks of it!

      It was the precursor to the He-Man cartoon and the reason Mattel went with Filmation to make it. There was even some recycled footage from Blackstar in the He-Man cartoon and a non-recycled tribute with a Blackstar statue in a He-Man episode. Also, both Overlord and Skeletor were voiced by Alan Oppenheimer.
