28mm Cobra Commander Resolute style
Expanding my Resolute GIJoe forces with the arch villain himself, Cobra Commander.
In the Resolute series Cobra Commander was rebranded from a lisping coward to a ruthless killer.
Cobra Commander leads a force of Alley Vipers as they seize a part of the city.
A MK VI can be seen here also, used in the Resolute series.
